Liv and Lern…
was founded by Rosanne Limoncelli and Ariana Taveras. Rosanne and Ariana first worked together in 2016 to make Rosanne's short film Liberty. Since then, they have collaborated on several projects, such as Rosanne's debut play Windowpain, which Ariana Co-Produced, and the Feature Script Two Teresas, for which they've recently made a short film after winning a grant from The Russo Brothers.
Realizing that their creative friendship had legs, Rosanne and Ariana started Liv and Lern Productions, under which to produce and collaborate on their cross generational, cross cultural stories that discuss love, friendship, and freedom among other essential aspects of the human condition.
It is their mission to provide a safe and collaborative set environment, where all members of the team feel respected and valued. Ariana and Rosanne firmly believe that filmmaking should be rooted in collaboration, care, and ethics. The experience that crew and cast have while making movies is as important as the final picture. They strive to maintain that standard through diverse hires, fair pay, reasonable hours, proper meal breaks, and sincere relationships.
Live = Listen, Learn, Love, and Lead !
